No Permission to Copy

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, clone, redistribute, resell, publish, modify, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit LoopLog or any substantial part of it without written permission.

User Content

Users retain ownership of their own uploaded photos, notes, captions, and profile content, but grant LoopLog the permissions needed to host and display that content as part of the service. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to anything they upload.

Third-Party Rights

Theme park names, attraction names, ride names, resort names, manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. LoopLog uses such names for identification, commentary, logging, and compatibility purposes. LoopLog does not claim ownership of third-party marks.

Takedown and Rights Concerns

If you believe content on LoopLog infringes your copyright, trade mark, privacy, or other rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the content, the right you claim, and how we can contact you. We will review credible notices and take appropriate action.
