Terms of Use

1. About LoopLog

LoopLog is a private beta web app for recording theme park rides, coaster credits, park visits, ride memories, badges, rankings, and rider passport pages. These terms apply when you access or use LoopLog.

LoopLog is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any theme park, ride manufacturer, resort operator, or rights holder unless we expressly say otherwise.

2. Beta Service

LoopLog is currently in beta. Features, data structures, availability, stats, badges, ranking logic, and public pages may change as the product is tested and improved. We may suspend, change, or withdraw beta access where needed to protect the service, users, or the integrity of ride data.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. Please use accurate information when logging rides and do not try to manipulate badges, rankings, public stats, park locks, or ride counts.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of content you upload or enter into LoopLog, such as profile details, ride notes, captions, avatar images, and ride memory photos.

By adding content to LoopLog, you give us permission to host, store, process, display, resize, adapt for technical purposes, and show that content as part of the service. This includes showing information on public passport pages where you choose or configure your profile to be public.

You must only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or privacy invasive content. If your photos include other people, make sure you have an appropriate basis to upload and share them.

5. LoopLog Intellectual Property

LoopLog, including its name, product concept, interface design, page layouts, badge presentation, text, branding, original code, data structures, and other original materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, clone, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or reuse substantial parts of LoopLog without written permission.

6. Third-Party Names and Media

Theme park, attraction, ride, manufacturer, and resort names may be trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for identification and logging purposes. Park and ride data may include public factual information, user submissions, or media assets used under an applicable permission, licence, or good-faith basis. If you believe content on LoopLog infringes your rights, contact us so it can be reviewed.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use LoopLog to:

• break the law or encourage unlawful activity;
• harass, abuse, impersonate, or mislead others;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service;
• scrape, copy, or harvest data without permission;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• falsify ride logs, rankings, badges, or account identity.

8. No Warranty

LoopLog is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during beta. We aim to keep data accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free stats, or permanent availability of any feature.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LoopLog is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data caused by beta changes, or decisions you make based on ride stats, rankings, or community information.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as LoopLog develops. The date above will show when the terms were last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
